Misko Has Written

A few posts back, I wrote about a tiny watercolor that I purchased in Saline of a golden Coreopsis.  My youngest daughter who happens to be a whiz at research found an address and a couple of online articles about this woman artist, now living in Maine.

Three weeks later I received a reply!  It read;

"Dear Stacey-

I did many many watercolors of weeds, flowers, and animals from the 70's and 80's in Michigan.  In 1983 we moved to Maine where I continued to do a few fairs.  Now I'm not doing fairs.  Since the mid 80's I've done designs for a card company on the west coast.  Here are a couple of my cards.
I've always wanted to paint.
